We allow mental powers. However, they must be very limited.  TK is an ultimate power, meaning it costs 6 points and is level 6 because of that. Even though its level 6 and does 6 damage when an object is thrown by it telekinetically it is limited by your willpower. If you only have 2 willpower your tk can only lift as much as 2 streagth and your mind will tire quickly. Willpower is stamina for mental exertion, the more you have the longer you can use your power without tiring. Tk can also not be used to directly manipulate a character because this is a form of human manipulation.

All telepathic/emotional powers cost 6 posts because they are ultimate powers. However, unlike other ultimate powers its level is not 6. The level of these powers is your characters willpower. So a character with an ultimate mental power but only 1 willpower will be almost useless. The more willpower you have above the character being mentally attacked the less time focusing it will take for you to break their mental wall. Once its broke you can do whatever the power allows you too such as inflicting high amounts of rage or even fully incapacitating the target. You must be completely still while focusing unless you have 6 will then you can do basic actions.

Mental Attack Chart:
2 or less WP below defender (cannot break mental wall)
1 WP below defender (takes 5 rounds to break mental wall)
Same WP as defender (takes 4 rounds to break mental wall)
1 WP above defender (takes 3 rounds to break mental wall)
2 or more WP above defender (takes 2 rounds to break mental wall)
